The Hosted intelligent Number service provides significant improvements to incoming call handling for office-based staff, mobile workers, teleworkers, home workers and for employees who work from multiple offices or require flexible 'hot-desking' facilities.
intelligent Number (iN)
Calls are to people, not telephone extensions. Using the intelligent Number (iN) service, callers always dial the same number no matter where the person they want is working - in the office, on-the-move, at home.
iN can make it much easier for people calling your organisation to get hold of the person they need - first time. There's no need for your staff to give out mobile phone numbers or home telephone numbers. The caller always dials the same number - the intelligent Number of the person they want to speak to. Staff log on to the iN service to 'pull' calls to their present location when they're available to answer calls. Again, no unwanted calls at unsociable hours! Based on their class of service profile, staff can be registered internally only, externally or internationally.
iN increases staff effectiveness, enhances customer service and is particularly beneficial where personnel are often away from their desks - perhaps working from home, on-the-move or temporarily working at another office. Customer can significantly cut overhead costs by reducing the number of returned calls and costs associated with mobile messaging services.
