HashNine Managed Communications Services

The HashNine Managed Communication Services (MCS) is aimed at the SME market where business telephony applications are needed, but often the cost and support issues of running the system limit the SME ability to adopt new technologies. Standard telephony features such as voice mail, call cascading, group and conference calling are available via the HashNine single numbering service.

The service uses a web-based interface to allow customers to quickly setup the service, while only a handset is required to enable advanced features such as "availability for calls" and fax and SMS messaging.

HashNine was the first company to become a credited reseller for Teleware (see press cutting), whose technology is used by 20% of the FTSE 100. Many providers today are looking at deploying hosted IP Centrex services and IP Telephony applications. Managing Director & Finance Director


The Managing Director & Finance Director is Ray Monaghan. Ray is a qualified accountant with over 40 years experience. Rays last significant position was as FD of Unichem from 1969-1986, where he took Unichem from a turnover of £5m to in excess of £800M. Ray has been self employed, firstly as a freelance consultant, and the last 20 years as Director of various companies where he has demonstrated his entrepreneurial flair and leadership qualities, prior to joining HashNine (L2M) in 2003.

Ray has a very good understanding of the Telecoms market both technically and commercially.



Business Development Manager


Our Business Development Manager is Paul Monaghan. Paul joined us from NetScout Systems and brings with him a wealth of experience from the Network Monitoring and Telecoms industry .Paul has been tasked with sourcing new opportunities to assist the company in its growth. He implements Business Development strategies by identifying and developing new business opportunities whilst enhancing and maintaining the company's position with existing clients.

Paul is fully trained on all technical aspects of our solutions.



Operations Director


The Operations Director is Karl Boddy, who started his career in engineering moving from the shop floor up to managing projects from design to implementation for large semiconductor manufacturers such as National Semiconductors, Motorola, NEC etc and also into the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry, ICI and Astra Zeneca.

It is Karl's responsibility to ensure that all Service Delivery procedures are documented and carried out in a timely manner. Karl is also responsible for the maintenance of the HashNine infrastructure.



Sales and Marketing Manager


Angela Jha comes to HashNine with many years experience in Sales and Marketing in both the Health & Beauty and Pharmaceutical industries.

She joined the company in 2005 and has been responsible for developing the marketing and Sales literature to date. Angela is also responsible for heading up the Sales team both direct and through the channel.
